1. To create support to pressure the developer for the community into allowing additional internet service providers or (ISP) into the community. We have been in contact with the developer and they were unaware of the quality of service that we are being provided.
2. We would like the developer to hold monthly HOA meetings so that we can voice our concerns about the quality of services being provided, and the quality of the neighborhood.
3. We also want to address the monthly dues that the community pays per household. The fees should be distributed evenly across the community. There should be no section of the community paying more than others, since we all are provided the same facilities and services.
Outcome:
We the community would like to see additional ISP's brought into the neighborhood, monthly meetings established, and HOA dues fairly distributed amongst the community.

The developer finally acknowledged our concerns about the current internet service. Behind the scenes work on the HOA meeting schedule is already underway.

I would prefer to ha e my own options rather than having to adhere to a monopoly of sorts for my own services.
tired of the constant outages and paying way to much for speeds that barley work for streaming. we need another option out here asap.
