The parole board has denied the request for release and Tol Shropshire will remain in custody. This outcome brings a measure of peace to our family after a long and difficult time. Thank you for standing with us as we sought to ensure justice for my father.

Please consider signing this petition which states we are against the parole of Tol Shropshire AIS #259180. It is completely unacceptable to to consider this release of this murderer back into society. Please pray hard for justice to be served, as our kind-hearted dad will never see his grandchildren grow up.

Revisiting the circumstances of this case remains a heavy task but the consistent interest from so many of you provides a strange comfort. I have been preparing formal documentation to submit to the parole board in anticipation of their upcoming review. The weight of your signatures acts as a persistent reminder that the impact of this loss extends far beyond our immediate family.

Reaching one hundred signatures will provide a clear indication that our community demands justice for my father. Please consider sending this link to someone who might understand the gravity of this situation as we push to reach that threshold.

There is a big difference between life in prison and 13 yrs. Mr. Scott’s family is dealing with life with out their dad. Shouldn’t the man responsible be held to the same standard.

The Scott family will not stop missing Allen in 13 years. Tol Shropshire AIS #259180 took Allen's life. He should spend the rest of his in prison. Our world is a little safer with him there.

Tol Shropshire took the life of the kindest man I had ever met, who happened to be my wife's father, and the grandfather to my two children who never got a chance to know him. Shropshire should never be paroled.

This is a violent animal. Talk to his community and look at his records. He got away with shooting 2 people. Then 3rd victim was the best person there ever was.

Having known 3 generations of the Scott family I cannot begin to express the emotional toll it has taken on this precious family. While they suffer and will continue to suffer, there is no way to justify the release of this man. 13 years DOESNOT equal a life sentence!

This man took the life of a great father, grandfather, husband and uncle and he should not ever see the light of day again. Our family had our hearts ripped out and can never see Allen again. This guy has never once admitted guilt or said he's sorry, so why should we say were sorry for him being out of society and where he belongs?

A murderer should remain in prison.
