We the undersigned, petition Manchester City Council to remove recycling and refuse bins from behind alley gates on Braemar, Brailsford and Moseley Road, Fallowfield between Balmoral Road and Lindleywood Road, so as to allow the alley ways, gates and rear of residents properties to remain secure and locked at all times and stop access for criminals as originally intended.
