We believe that the American flag needs to be flown in the corner next to the Mund College Center. There are 2 LVC flags, a special interest flag, and the Pennsylvania flag. However, the American flag is absent. LVC needs to take the honorable responsibility and fly the American flag. The United States flag represents every American. It is a symbol of unity for the entire country. The educational opportunities available at LVC are only made possible by the liberties and security that our nation provides.

The American Flag should be flown higher than lesser flags. If the flags are displayed on the same level, the American Flag should be flown to the (flag’s own) right of all other flags. The right is a position of prominence.
