Please sign this petition if you would like to see more enforcement in Julians. St Julians was once a quiet and peaceful village but over the years the number of residents has increased. We are asking the central government to increase enforcement so that there will be less noise, vandalism and people disobeying the time when to put out their garbage. We will also would like reintroduce residental parking and to have more regular police patrols.

I was walking down the street earlier and saw another bag of trash sitting out way too early again which just proves why this is so necessary. It feels like the neighborhood is slipping away from us but hearing from all of you in the comments gives me some hope that at least we are all annoyed by the same specific things.

The litter is appalling, half eaten pizzas thrown on the pavements, plastic bottles and cans dumped all over the place. Much worse during summer months. No respect, no regard for residents. I am guessing foreign students are adding to the problem but not solely responsible. Clean up your act Malta .
St Julians has become a mess, traffic, only 1 exit out of paceville, noise, horns, dirty rubbish everywhere!! Authorities need to listen to people and do something immediately!!!
Please extend to Birkirkara Road, St Julians. Filth, traffic and noise pollution unbearable. We need wardens to catch the bikers speeding by whenever there is a lull in traffic or put up speed cameras and road signs with a speed limit.
Playa del Sol at St Julians WPolo Club has hammering disco music in the openair till 5 am.
St Julians is in a bad state. Many are disregarding simple rules like yellow parking lines and taking out the garbage mornings only. The local council badly needs more funding and to use funds for cleanliness and order due to the many foreign residents and increase in population
noise pollution needs to be stopped- it's driving people insane!

sadly our lovely village is fast becoming like Bugibba. Ruined. less permits for commercial and noisy activities. more care, grooming and trees. please.
