Animal rights is a very important issue. If you visit SaveToby.com you will notice that someone is willing to killing a helpless rabbit, then eat it if he does not get $50,000 by June. It\'s wrong but it isn\'t illegal, but i want to make it illegal. i want to propose a bill saying that it is illegal to to threaten an animals life to obtain money or other items. If it\'s against the law to threaten a person\'s life like that why shouldn\'t animals be protected too I plan on sending this petition to a member(s) of congress so that they may propose the bill if they agree. This petition is to show that people do care about animal rights.
