The ethical theory of utilitarianism is based off of consequences with they key metric being hedonism (happiness). This made me wonder why do we only consider the happiness of humans, what about animals. In the US 3-4 million dogs/cats are killed every year. I want to try and encourage No Kill animal shelters across the nation. Sign this petition to let man's best friend have a chance to live.
