Iam starting this petition because 1.We pay to much money for these iphones to recieve only a one year warranty. It should be extended to at least two years, when you have Televisions and other electronics that is most likely to have defects In similar situations and have life time warranty; with that said we pay more for iphones than any other electronics. 2. When you have software issues that is not your fault and sudden other issues such as (speakers not working,cant hear out of the reciever ,facetime calls dropping , not able to put it on mute or speaker during calls, & etc.) and take it to see a technician to be told THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO YOUR WARRANTY EXPIRED YOU HAVE TO PAY $350.00 For A New Phone and witnessed it Was Not WATER DAMAGED. I THINK THAT IS NOT FAIR TO MOST OF US WHO ARE LOYAL CUSTOMERS..I been with APPLE SINCE IT LAUNCED ITs FIRST IPOD IN 2006 and its First IPHONE in 2009. I think its a rip off ,we deserve - A better warranty policy with this billion dollar company.Especially if the reason these phones or any other APPLE products just suddenly stop working is out of your control.
