This House would impose the motion to be debated in the House of Commons that Michael James Wallace Ashley should be handed over the International Criminal Court (ICC) for crimes against humanity and high treason. After Ashley's promising purchase of the majority share of Newcastle United Football Club, optimism soon turned to despair. After initially breaching article 5 in the draft statute, by hiring Dennis Wise as Director of Football at the club, he then subsequently caused the departure of Kevin Keegan after making his position at the club untenable. A second breach. This second breach is particularly reinforced by the £2,000,000  compensation Mr Ashley had to pay to Mr Keegan after Mr Ashley was found guilty of "constructive dismissal" by an independent arbitration panel . On top of this fee, interest had to be paid by Mr Ashley to Mr Keegan due to his maltreatment at the club. There is strong evidence to suggest this maltreatment involved slavery and potentially sexual harrassment. A third breach was causing the relegation of the club in season 2008/2009. He made his final and fourth breach 09/11/2011. The day I am writing to you. On the day presented, Mr Ashley proceeded to commit an Unforgivable Sin, by excreting upon 119 years of heritage. He changed the name of the clubs ground the formerly iconic St James Park, a name that struck class, history, and controversy straight to the mind to the offensive Sports Direct Arena, a name that strikes abomination, inhumanity and the horrid stench of death to the mind. On top, this move for the time being generates absolutely no revenue at all.
    Treason because he has betrayed the honest game, he murdered this important historical part of our Nation. As did Sepp Blatter…bribe taking w*nker. for those of you who do not have Geordie blood running through your veins, how long till it occurs to your beloved club. How long till Anfield becomes the JD Sports Centre, how long till St Andrews becomes the Tiger Tiger Dome, till the Stadium of Light literally becomes the Stadium of Sh*te. Vote the petition.
    The definition of crimes against humanity in article 5 of the draft statute includes enslavement, forcible transfer of population, torture, and persecution against a group on cultural grounds.
