I urge each and every one of you to please join as we sign a petition to permanently remove Lathan Persent from the flat area. Neither his parents nor he lives here he claims to be around for his children (2 sons) yet he blatantly and outright refuses to financially support these kids rather he steals and runs away with their milk and nappies money, he has also taken their shoes and clothes to sell for his habit, he constantly harasses the mother for money even at odd hours of the morning yet he is always hanging around, smoking his drugs by the parking, taking people's hard earned belongings without a second thought (breaking and entering people's homes and stealing goods) vandalising flat property to suit his pocket (removing windows from vacant flats and selling them), taking his son without permission and against the mother's instructions to trouble his family members for money only to use the money on drugs... He is a menace and needs to be stopped from entering only to be a nuisance...There's a protection order in process to protect us therefore I feel it's better if he stayed away because he doesn't contribute positively to the flat
