Hello, My name is Anthony Cangemi and I am an artist and musician who lives and Greenpoint and has a studio in Williamsburg. I have become deeply concerned with artists ability to find affordable housing in New York City. Many areas in the city were settled by emerging artists in search of affordable housing. As those areas have become more and more desirable, artists are finding affordable housing less and less. I am starting this petition to inform the City of New York and Mayor Michael Bloomberg of our desire as New York artists to have more affordable housing. Join me in making your voice known!
