As a student of Armstrong State University, the new graduation protocol of issuing each graduating senior with tickets for designated loved ones affects the entire student body in a negative way. There are many people who have supported us and influenced us in our college career. In requiring tickets for graduation, we are taking away the opportunity of those who have been with us on this journey to witness that breathtaking moment of finally receiving all that we have worked for. In result, we should NOT require tickets for graduation and go back to our old procedures of having open ceremonies.

Tickets should not be given for graduation. Students go through a lot in college, and many people help us through the most difficult times and have supported us in all that we've done. Family members, friends and those who have been with us along the way should be able to see us walk across the stage.
I think that it's important that each graduate be able to have the support of their loved ones at the commencement ceremony. Therefore graduation ceremonies should be held in a place that would be able to accommodate large crowds. This is an important milestone for all graduates and a moment that should be shared with those who they want. Please remove the limitations on tickets.
sm4863 My whole family is coming from numerous states for my graduation. I'd hate to tell them only 6 could come because I'm limited.
I would hate to have to tell my loved ones they can't see me achieve what I've worked so hard for because I could only choose 6 people
Not fair to those individuals who have kids and a large family who wants to be there to support them.
The university should be able to prepare for the number of students graduating and plan accordingly

Why should I have to restrict people to see me graduate after paying for 4years. Children who are able to sit in a lap shouldn't need a ticket all. The civic center is large enough not to have tickets like the last years.
