During the suspension period she was found breaking this penalty by driving without license. A Los Angeles judge sentence her to 40 days in jail for violating the conditions of this penalty. Some would say this sentence is unfair for an American and such as Ms. Hilton. We the undersigned disagree with this opinion. Ms. Hilton is an American citizen first and celebrity second. As such, she is required to abide by and follow the same local, state and federal laws that are set forth for all citizens. This also means she is entitled to the same punishments and penalties as every other citizen when these rules are broken. No where in the definition of the terms given to Ms. Hilton, and does it state the name holder is above or better than any government laws. Please sign below if you believe Paris Hilton should be required to serve out the terms of her sentence for committing a crime that claims the lives of so many innocent law abiding citizens daily.
