We, the bargaining unit members at OLG casinos in Ontario who have signed below are petitioning to have our collective unions file an unfair labor practice case against the OLG. The allegation is that OLG participated in bad faith bargaining during Collective Bargaining in 2015 by not sharing pertinent information regarding upcoming pay raises for non unionized employees which would have had a major impact on bargaining. We believe this information had to be shared by law during bargaining with OLG, but it was not. We are calling on all affected unions to take a collective stance and support an unfair labor practice suit against the OLG. Why is this happening, thought that you guys were here for us small employees who can't speak or are not allowed to voice our opinions, we deserve this raise especially for the employees who have been there since day 1, sounds like you guys don't care because we are paying you to not help us in what's wright, (easy cash grab for you guys to do nothing)
