Please share your experience with Bally Fitness. The purpose of this petition is to gather a list of people/experiences to be brought forward to the higher (Department of Consumer Affairs etc) ups that can actually do something. Tired of always being ripped off Well do something about it!! I have a lawyer from an auto accident who is referring me to a class action lawyer in LA. But unless I can create some sort of stir it will be impossible without your help! PLEASE feel free to email this to who ever or even post on other message boards about this petition! Thank you for taking the time to tell your story.

Look for my story as the first signature! I was screwed over by a Bally employee who lied about what I was signing. Jackie Casillas
