This is a petition to have Sonny Bal removed from the CEO and Chairman's position of Amedica Corporation NASDAQ: AMDA

During his tenure as CEO and Chairman Sonny Bal has presided over a fall in the share price of the company of some 750%. Revenues in the company have significantly dropped. Failed to deliver any material deals leading to any shareholder value of any nature.

His conduct towards shareholders is one of contempt. All the company conference calls are filtered, so that shareholders have no chance of addressing him directly.

Furthermore Sonny Bal owns very few company shares. To add insult to injury, as the share price was falling aggressively, his fellow directors were dumping shares.

This is a petition to have Sonny Bal removed from the CEO & Chairman's positions and have an experienced CEO with equity market experience, and possibly some skin in the game to replace him.
