DreamBox is an awful website that kids are forced to use, The average student is forced to play 45 hours a year of DreamBox. It also takes up more Memory footprint than Google. In a perfect world, no one has to play DreamBox. If you feel any Empathy towards children, please sign this petition.
I don't really care about Dreambox, but it is true that it takes up a lot of space on the computer, making it slower. Goodbye Dreambox :)

sure, I don't personally find much bad about dreambox but it can still get annoying when it can't help me finish the lessons.

DreamBox is often criticized for being a poorly designed and uneducational program because it prioritizes flashy animations and repetitive tasks over genuine mathematical understanding. Its interface can feel more like a game designed to keep kids busy rather than a tool that builds deep skills. Many students report being frustrated by its rigid pacing and lack of clear instruction, which makes it difficult to grasp more complex concepts. Instead of adapting meaningfully to a learner's needs, it often throws in busywork disguised as "learning paths." Worst of all, the program rarely explains why an answer is right or wrong—leaving students guessing instead of learning. For a tool claiming to personalize education, it ends up feeling robotic and superficial. I'm so glad my schoolc switched to ALEKS
