We the undersigned petition the College Township Board to ban the construction of the proposed Verizon cell tower/array in Nittany Orchard, specifically, Cortland Drive. We strongly object to the many negative effects this tower WILL have on this R-1 neighborhood and the implications for the historic Village of Lemont.
