Make your voice heard on the Edgewood-Auburn Extended Hours Pilot
On July 6, 2010, Atlanta City Councilmember Michael Julian Bond and I introduced legislation calling for a temporary pilot program to extend the hours that restaurants, bars, and clubs can serve alcohol in the Edgewood and Auburn Avenue business corridor. During the pilot period, the city would study the public benefits and risks of making the change permanent and of extending this privilege to other parts of the city.
As the councilmember for the Auburn-Edgewood corridor, I’d like to hear from you about this legislation. Will you join the conversation by completing this short survey?
