Bethlehem Center Middle School Volleyball
In 2003, Bethlehem Center Varsity Girl's Volleyball became the first ever Washington County team to advance to the PIAA playoffs. The young ladies on that team started playing club volleyball in the years leading up to their varsity careers, which gave them a much needed head start. Since that time, the program has been on a steady decline. A major contributing factor is the elevating costs of club volleyball. A club participant easily invests over $1500 for a single season. For this reason this petition is being presented to the Bethlehem Center Board of Education to ask that they include middle school girls volleyball to the limited sports activities available for females. Please help us restore Beth Center Volleyball to its old glory.
