The changing of Slice Network Channel 601 formerly located in Bell Satellite Television TV Program Group Lifestyle 1 to TV Program Group Lifestyle 2 is according to Bell Canada CSR "Bell changes channels so TV packages can be better aligned with the customer’s taste. In this case, we removed Slice because DIY is a better fit with HGTV due to common themes of home improvement programs. This is a Genre Change." This change is now being done after 15+ years of the Lifestyle Packages as is. To those other long term Bell Satellite Customers who feel that this is doing no service to current and future customers who are subscribers of Lifestyle Group 1 removing the Slice Network and replacing it with DIY voice your opinions and spread the word. Given the only option to choose to pay $ 5.00 more or loose 9+ channels to keep monthly bill the same, "I WANT IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS!!!".
