This petition is being set up in honour of my nephew Bernard Iliff, he is 3 years old and was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma Cancer in October of last year. His parents were told by the doctors that they have no right to make a decision about the life of their son. There is an operation he can get but there is only a 50/50 chance of survival that is much better than 10 percent that he was originally given. My sister and her husband as well as myself say to the doctors, What right have you to say to us as parents that we have no right to make a decision concerning the life of a child or children We want to try and stop this from happening to others.
