Country lane apts in Corinth Ms,
The owners do not want to fix anything in any apt, there is black mold, roaches, rats, the town houses are a fire hazard, floor and roofs falling in, sewage is on the property ground,leaking pipes and the list goes on and on....
The owners do not fix any thing at all when they do they rig it and half way fix it, but expect rent to be paid on time every month, we should be able to live in good conditions not be forced to live in BS....

I have been hearing from so many of you who are living with the same leaking pipes and fear of ceilings giving way. We are documenting every single issue now because the owners cannot hide behind their neglect any longer.

The momentum building behind this effort proves that those of us living in these apartments are finally done being ignored. Seeing this many people acknowledge the dangerous conditions we face gives me hope that we can actually force a change for our families.

Air conditioning Been out several times, something wrong with the wiring I'm my bathroom no lights in there for over 3 months they sent someone to look at but still not fixed...my kitchen sink drains under the cabinet6 so I can't run any water in the kitchen thats been like that for over 3 months it was leaking they came fixed the leak and messed up the drain...my door wasn't able to lock since I moved out there They sent someone to fix it and they took of my bolt lock n didn't replace it had to get one of my own they replaced the bottom lock n didnt even give me the key
I kept complaining about a leak in my air unit they never came to fix it. As a result my air conditioning stopped working & didn’t get fixed until 5 days later! They finally fixed the air but the leak is STILL there, causing all of my clothes in the laundry room to get soaked & covered in mold!
It's so hot and have asked them to fix my, air many times and they still haven't

I stay in apt 117 the landlords don't fix anything the head mantince man starts fight with the tenants and owners do nothing
