Dear, Billy Joel, Maritime Music Inc., Sony Music/BMG, We the fans of Billy Joel have come to realize that there has been a lack of quality produced concert DVDs from Billy Joel. Elton John has released several concert DVDs, which has sold pretty well, while the recent concert releases only consisted of edited performances from to be quite frank a concerts that does not live up to what a real Billy Joel concert is. There have been 2 major events in which Billy\'s concerts were filmed. The first, being the historic Millennium Concert in which Billy was on stage for 3 1/2 hours! The 2nd being Billy\'s recent 12 night run at New York\'s Madison Square Garden in which the show(s) were filmed for a supposed release. We the fans feel that we are being cheated by Sony/BMG and/or Billy Joel for the lack of quality concert DVDs. If recent concert footage did not turn out to be decent then why not release some of the better concerts from Billy\'s past Such concerts as "From A Piano Man to An Innocent Man" Wembly, UK 1984 and/or what is the Holy Grail to us Billy Joel fans the 1982 release of "Live from Long Island". We the fans would LOVE to buy a copy of those shows on DVD remastered to today\'s DVD standards with either 5.1 surround sound or a DTS track. Surely Billy Joel and/or Sony/BMG would not want to keep disappointing us fans whom have stuck by Billy Joel for countless years through thick and thin, good times and bad by releasing poorly filmed or heavily edited concerts. Please make the right choice and release any of the above mentioned shows for us long time Billy Joel fans! Thank You The Undersigned
