The purpose of this petition is to request KB homes to build a pool in the neighborhood of Birchwood grove.

There are multiple other communities built my KB homes, including one just miles away, where a pool and playground are being built. Ideally there would be some parity between communities built by KB, and as such the residents of Birchwood are requesting a pool be built.
