We, the Undersigned, ask that the Wayne County prosecutors office vigorously seek to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law Dave Nulph for the malicious and deadly beating of Boxer, a cat belonging to Tracie Koehler. Boxer was discovered severely injured and died two days later due to the massive injuries he sustained. Dave Nulph has self confessed to this crime. Personal investigation has discovered that Nulph has commited this crime before against other women. Nulph attempts to control and dominate women by abusing their animals. The FBI states that the identity of a victim is not the important factor but the severity of the violent act that should be considered. Boxer was literally beaten to death. The link between cruelty to animals and violence against humans is well established and accepted by many criminal investigators. Nulph is a potential menace to anyone with whom he has close contact. Please do all in your power to bring this serial animal abuser to justice.
