I am petitioning the Northside transportation department to keep a school bus for the creekside neighborhood. As of now they have discontinued a school bus going to and from Raba elementary. They said they are discontinuing bus transportation because there are adequate sidewalks. They expect children to cross Westover hills boulevard to get to and from school. Westover hills is a very dangerous street. Children could get hit by a vehicle. Also it will take children 30 minutes or more to just get to or from school. There are a lot of families that depend on the school bus dropping off and picking up their children. I am asking for families to sign my petition for them to bring back a school bus for Creekside neighborhood.
