After over 40 years of service and dedication to not only our school district, but to all the students, parents and faculty that have passed through the halls, Kathy Houser was not offered a contract for the 2014-2015 school year by Superintendent Gade. Although Mr. Gade has since been dismissed from employment by the Meridian School Board, the damage has been done. Please join me in asking the new Superintendent, Mr. Randy Kort, to right the wrong and offer Kathy her job back at Meridian by signing this petition. In order to help Superintendent Kort understand the true impact of his decision, feel free to share your thoughts or offer a comment regarding Kathy's influence on your life or her service to our students and school. I kindly request that your comments be respectful, not focusing on the party or parties involved in her dismissal, but focusing instead on your appreciation and support for Kathy.
