Costa is a family, or so we are always told at every meeting. Costa is all about our culture and we the staff make Costa, Costa. Well families can be dysfunctional. Costa is no exception, but we really messed up by letting a long time valued employee just walk out the door.

It's been less than a week and it's already clear. We need Patrick back. Patrick is so much more than IT. He's one of the Costa goto guys. Marketing goes to him for trailer help or to help with the classic cars, accounting when they need something heavy lifted, Travis, Laura and Pat for resizing of images. He's even rebuilt a part on a generator to get it working for shipping when we had no power out back. He truly is Costa's multi tool. Every department has a story if Patrick going above and beyond.

If Costa truly is a family and truly is about our staff making Costa great. You don't get more Costa than Patrick.
