The Parents of the students at I AM PREPRIMARY (PMB), would like place on record that we are extremely unhappy with the sudden dismissal of principal, Emily White Reynders aka Tia. The decision to ask her to leave was not thought out clearly and did not give the parents any time to react to the decision. The announcement came one day before school started and it started the year off with anxiety and distress for both parents and learners.

Principal Tia's dedication to our children's health, wellbeing and academic endeavors knows no bounds. She is the schools greatest asset and majority of the parents keep their children in this school for years because we want them to have more time with her.

WE demand that she be restored to her original position and continues to run the school in the exceptional manner she always has, the children want her back and so do the parents.

As a consequence of not heeding this serious plea, parents are considering removing the children from the School. With Tia not at the School, we feel that the benefits of them being in this School is lost. Its in everyone's best interests that Tia is reinstated as soon as possible.

The school administration has yet to acknowledge our formal inquiries regarding this leadership change. I am currently documenting the feedback provided by families to ensure our collective position remains clear during upcoming discussions.

The level of support pouring in reflects the deep impact Emily White Reynders has had on our children and our community. This momentum confirms that we are unified in our commitment to seeing her reinstated as principal.

I'm a partner of a mom at the school. I see how the children are suffering with the loss of their teacher. Most of the parents are even considering other schools.

As a granny, I have had the privilege of experiencing Emily's beautiful nature and dedication to the children, staff, parents and their families. Deeply saddened by the loss of her presence in the school. She is irreplaceable.

Tia is the glue that holds IAM together, she IS the school, she is the reason why that place is so much more that just a school, it is a family and a community, every person who walks through the gates can feel Emilies love and passion for the tiny people and their families. She belongs on that intercom, touching all our lives.

As my daughter is a new admission to the school, one of the reasons choosing the school was due to Tia, having met her on multiple occasions due to my nieces attending the school for years, she was the biggest factor in making our decision to send our daughter to the school. Our point of contact through this admission period was Tia, to find out on open day she is no longer with the school is unacceptable and unsettling.

Emily is the heart of the school and as a parent I advise that in the schools best interest she needs to be back at school doing what she does best. The school will suffer greatly without her leadership.

I removed my son from the school because Tia was dismissed. I will take him back once Tia is back.
