Tiffany was a support worker at a supporting housing project here in Gloucester who has been unfairly dismissed for doing the Ice Bucket Challenge and having a cigarette with the residents, this is unfair when all she was doing was engaging with the residents and having a laugh with them all, we need all the support we can get to get her back where she belongs #teamtiffany
