Help bring Barnes & Noble to Danville! A store like this would be a tremendous deal to our community and the surrounding communities. Colleges like DCC and Averett University as well as local high school, middle schools, and elementary schools could benefit from having a local bookstore. Most people see it as an inconvenience to have to drive an hour or two out of the way to go find a new book and would prefer to have the option to ride into town and find a book in a short amount of time. An optional DVD/Blu Ray/CD section would be beneficial to help draw in more customers as would a Starbucks or another shop like it. Please hear us out!
