Do you want to see more public Montessori options in the Denver metro area?Although Dr. Maria Montessori opened the very first Montessori program in a historically marginalized community in Italy at the beginning of the 20th century, Montessori education has become less and less accessible to families from all racial, socio-economic, and geographical backgrounds, particularly in the United States. Wildflower Montessori Public Schools of Colorado is hoping to contribute to the movement for accessible public Montessori by opening its first charter school program in Aurora, Colorado in Fall 2023.
