We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to:

• Allocate land formerly known for agricultural use, location Tubatse Township Praktiseer just before Ga-Motodi along road D2537 for developers to construct a home stadium for Sekhukhune United Football Club, a library, and health care center.
• Allocate land, location Tubatse Township Praktiseer, demarcated by District Office for Water and Sanitation and the Apostolic Faith Mission direction board (The land between parallel roads Bothashoek Praktiseer and police station) for developers to construct an economic zone in a form of a shopping complex.
