We the undersigned encourage which ever political party forms government on May 14th, 2013. To pass laws to enable persons with disabilities to gain access to some of the same rights as currently enjoyed by other British Columbians.
We want our new government to enpower persons with disablities with the practical tools to protect their freedom and dignity. We want the province of British Columbia to be on the forefront in Canada and take the initiative to form,

it is impossible to live on the current rates in vancouver. food and rent just keep going up and we are being left behind by this govt.
stuck in a cycle of poverty and they dont care. need this act passed so we can actually afford to buy groceries once in a while.
too many people are falling through the cracks. we need better dignity and support in bc.
im disabled and cant find work bc no one wants to hire someone with my limitations. the government acts like we dont exist.
ABOUT TIME SOMEONE DID SOMETHING. MY WIFE HAS BEEN STRUGGLING FOR YEARS WITH ZERO SUPPORT. FIX THIS NOW.

i am on cppd and im a single dad with 3 kids living with me..i get 27$ a month over the cap of income for pwd so i get no benifits...im 41 and was diagnosed 3 years ago with als...im getting no help from bc
