With development of land around the parish ongoing for the near future time has come to have our own secondary school. With bus services being axed and congestion in Bridgwater getting worse it is now a priority for parents in the parish. Please sign and share so we can get this onto the table and acted upon. Within 5 years places will be even more contested and the parish will have a big enough population to fill a school.

With the huge growth in population & congestion locally the planning for & provision of a school seems timely- let's educate the next generation well, safely & near their homes. Relevant authorities- Crack on, these provisions shouldn't follow need, it should be anticipated and planned in. Thank you.
We desperately need a Secondary School in North Petherton - with the current traffic situation and the predicted increase due to Hinkley traffic and more new homes being built in Wilstock it just doesn't make sense for local children to be forced to travel in the Bridgwater direction.
A secondary school in the North Petherton, Stockmoor and Wilstock area would be massively welcome. As West Bridgwater is outside our catchment area, across Bridgewater rush hour traffic and they already have several secondary schools on that side of town I am unsure how this is supposed to serve our area.
I have two children, one at north Petherton primary and one yet to start. I feel by the time it comes to them starting secondary school places at Robert Blake will be extremely limited and I would not be happy them walking there either. North Petherton desperately needs a secondary school even more so with the new developments
We definitely need a secondary school. Heathfield, an outstanding school is over subscribed and Robert Blake a good school is a fair distant aware. We need a secondary school desperately in between these two schools!
I think it would be great as not too keen on Robert Blake on Hamp
That would be a fantastic edition to local secondary education!!

The town has doubled in size in the last ten years and has a further 1200 houses planned along the A38 A new school would go some way to reducing the congestion into Bridgwater
