Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has proposed a massive 10% across the board cut in funding to government programs to reduce/eliminate the $14.5 billion dollar deficit. This cut will negatively affect California by releasing inmates, closing state parks, slashing healthcare, and taking money from education funds, to name a few.
