 At some point, we will have to muster the courage to face the facts about the lack of order or adherence to order in this Fraternity. When this fraternity was founded no doubt it had the well being of every brother that would join this organization in mind and carried the heart of intention that would help shape and change generations. Our goal as a fraternity is not to be an alternate but a standard, and unfortunately that standard is being missed because of our lack of adherence to order and our sometimes rogue and impulsive approach to getting the job done. In our pursuit to excellence we have missed the mark and are in violation of the constitution. We have upheld our duty to leadership and the scriptures according to Matthew 18:15-17. These concerns have been brought to leaderships attention several times by multiple brothers and have been ignored. The constitution is our governing set of laws and should be abided by without exception or without consulting the voting body.  Constitutional violations are as follows.

·         On Saturday Jan 29th the first National Meeting of 2011 we were told by our National President Jonathan Turner that we had a new Regional Vice President, and that the Regional Office and National office will stay in office until 2014, this is a violation of the constitution due to these decisions not being voted on by the body. NOBODY is above the constitution.

·         According to Section 2 Part B

o   The qualifications for Regional Officers are: they must be an active member of the fraternity for at least 2 years, and have served in at least one leadership position on a lower level. Leadership positions are defined as: Chapter President or Vice-President or Dean. They also need to be active in the local church and must be in good financial standing with all fraternal dues current and up to date.

King Vanquisher was made  Regional Vice President without being voted in, and without meeting said requirements.   

·         According to Section 2 Part A of the Constitution of Mu Omicron Gamma Christian Fraternity Incorporated the National and Regional officers will be elected by the body of Mu Omicron Gamma Christian Fraternity Incorporated. The President will be allowed to pick a Vice President of his choosing. The other cabinet members and officers will be elected by the general body

According to Article 3 Section 7

The President, Vice President and all Officers of Mu Omicron Gamma Christian Fraternity Incorporated, shall be elected by a clear majority vote of the fraternal body.

In keeping with our pursuit of excellence and for the good of the fraternity, we the brothers of Mu Omicron Gamma Christian Fraternity Incorporated call forth the pages of the constitution to be adhered to and enact this petition.

Based on violations of the constitution we petition and call for each electable seat to be open to ANY eligible brother who wants to run. Of course those in office will stay interim until that date to ensure smooth transition to those who may take office. 

It is hard to stand in position and call for excellence when it has not been met at higher levels and so we also, the brothers of Mu Omicron Gamma Christian Fraternity Incorporated petition and call for the Financial Records of Mu Omicron Gamma Christian Fraternity Incorporated (three years), to be read at the National Business meeting in APRIL to ensure the adherence, compliance, qualifications and to ensure the accountability of all brothers.
