In 1999 Monolith, the developer of Captain claw which was one of the most popular ganes in 1997 and one of the best game ever, wanted to develop a successor to the game, Captain Claw 2.
Unfortunately, due to problams with the copyrights on the Captain Claw character, Monolith has dropped the project.
In 2004, Monolith has been bought by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment which are the developers of very success game series such as Mortal Kombat, Batman Arkham, The Witcher, LEGO And more.
Today, the old school gamers want a successor to Captain Claw and the studio of Monolith has a better equipment and can relieve the Captain Claw 2 idea, and if there are enough people, they may agree to pay for the copyright claimers and develop Captain Claw 2.
Just play the original game and you will understand what we lose.

I'm just 17, and hv played many old school games.This is one classic gem that needs to be revived. I was around 5-6 years old when I played this game and enjoyed it thoroughly and a game with such graphics that was way beyond the 1997 era. We can just hope for a sequel to happen.

I played Captain Claw when I was 7 and again after 11 years I played the game. OMG! It gives me alot of memories and after playing next gen games I feel Captain Claw deserves a sequel. I'll bet it'll be a great hit. Trust me. It's to all the classic old school player, I will sign this petition and support the cause. Warner Bro., hope you can hear us. P.S: We want Cap,Nathaniel Joseph Claw back(i like his name and character). -Scullywag Jaguar!!1
