We, the undersigned members of Caravelle at Windward Park Townhome Association, hereby petition the Windward Park Townhome Association Inc. Board of Directors to call a special meeting (in person) to remove Monther Elnajjar from Board of Directors and elect new board member through voting replacing him. We have lost confidence in him due to gross mismanagement and financial misconduct during his tenure. The meeting should be called of all concerned residents and that notice of special meeting including the process to appoint new board members should be sent to all concerned residents as provided for in Caravelle at Windward Park Townhome Association Inc., bylaws.
