On behalf of the class of 2023 and the students here at Harmony Science Academy of Carrollton, we would like to submit an appeal against the reassignment of Mr.McCollister to the Euless campus. We strongly believe that this decision is not in the best interest of our staff, students, or the community that Mr.McCollister has established in his decade of teaching at the Carrollton campus. Therefore, we would like to kindly request a reconsideration of this matter.

Mr.McCollister has been an incomparable member of the team here, continually facilitating the growth and betterment of a generations of students and his colleagues. He is dedicated beyond measures, mentoring and sponsoring the largest student organizations and events consistently with no expectations of anything in return. His selfless dedication, passion and commitment to this institution and its students has earned him overwhelming amount of support, recognition, and respect from students and faculty alike. We truly believe that this campus would not be the same without him as it will deprive the students of the opportunity to learn and grow because of him. For example, Senior Council and Student Council are solely led by his mentorship and guidance. In the time that we have known Mr.McCollister, we have observed the impact of his capability to foster a creative, secure and inclusive environment for all students that have had the honor to work with him or have had a class with him. We strongly believe that Harmony will not be the Harmony without him.
