2a is a nice rule, you know?
you get to remove scammers that way.
but when you abuse it, and warn/mute/ban people with parody names/ people with the same username as someone famous but explicitly stating they're not that person and not trying to decive people into thinking they are, well thats just dogcrap, isnt it?
