TO WHOM MAY CONCERN,

Once again CXC has slapped us in the face by delivering an unjust timetable to the students. This time the Management of Business Unit 2 (M.O.B) and Accounting Unit 2 Paper 2 papers have fallen on the same day. Accounting will take the morning session while M.O.B dominates our evening. Undoubtedly, encounters like this has occurred in the past years. Couldn't this have been avoided? On an average there are 50 days between the CXC examination months (Start of May to the middle of June). Therefore, you are telling us, the students, that there is no other day in that considerable amount of days that you can place either exam. We the CAPE students (majority being business) are appealing that you examine the timetable and resolve any same day exams for subjects, not only for these 2 subjects but if there are any others. Being a student is challenging, we are not asking that you exempt us from writing the exams but instead support us and hear our cry for help. Do not make us write 2 core business subjects on the same day. We kindly ask you use the power and experience of 40+ years to resolve this issue immediately before timetables are printed and then made permanent.
