Walking past that neon glare every morning feels like a slap in the face to our neighborhood history. I have been reaching out to the owners directly to explain why this choice hurts our community feel but they have yet to offer a response. We are not going to let this eyesore drain the character out of Tipton without a fight.

Seeing so many neighbors speak up about this eyesore proves I am not the only one losing sleep over that blinding shade of yellow. The momentum behind this is incredible and it shows how much we all care about the character of our town.

All this does is devalue surrounding properties, surely this should be against regulations
The colour is too bright, it's not fair for the residents to live there. Needs to change the colour & tone it down

Thanks for all your support and comments, just to keep you updated. I had a meeting with the main guy in planning and hopefully we've got some movement with this as he's in breach of his planning agreement. The owner of the DPH has seen this petition as well so let's hope with all your support we can now make him change his mind. X
