Chelsea Brooke Taylor was born and living in North Carolina in 2011 when she went with her mother to Texas to visit her father and paternal grandmother. While on this visit she was wrongfully taken by Texas CPS and the battle for her return is still in process. Since Chelsea Taylor and her mother Dekayla Googins were residents of North Carolina at the time, then the state if Texas should return them both to their home state. This petition is to ask the state of Texas, Cass County district court to return custody to the mother, and to allow them both to leave the state of Texas to return to their family and previous life.
