Aparently Lance Midle School in Kenosha Wisconsin isn't having chess club this year because not enough people joined LAST year. First of all I don't think that's at all a good reason. There were at least 15 people and that doesn't mean people wouldn't join this year. There are sixth graders coming in so there would probably be more not to mention I know at least 5 friends of mine who would join. This may not seem very important but it was the only club I was going to join. Without it I won't see half my friends and I won't have as good of a learning experience because everyday that it would have been on I'll remember how last year there was and now there isn't.
