Coach Melissa Nesdahl has dedicated her time teaching our kids the game of softball, but more importantly has been an example of a strong female role model for our daughters. Now, she needs your help. Unfortunately, Melissa has been removed from coaching and the Eagan Fastpitch Board. Over her 6 years of coaching and volunteering, there has not been a pattern of negative issues related to players and fellow coaches, and as of July 15th the reasoning of termination that has been provided for her removal are false. Melissa has not had due process, and you are being asked for your signature to support the fact that your interactions have been positive and you have not seen actions and or behaviors that would constitute inappropriate conduct/sportsmanship with players, coaches, or umpires. This sheet will help strengthen her case to open a full investigation from the EAA and to end up in a reinstatement...please sign this petition to support Melissa!!!
