TO THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF COCONUT CREEK, FLORIDA TO THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF MARGATE, FLORIDA TO THE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA TO THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND ALL LOCAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS INVOLVED WE, THE RESIDENTS of the cities of Coconut Creek, Margate and surrounding cities of Broward County, formally petition and protest the development and deforestation of the wetlands and wooded area located between Lyons Road and Banks Road on the North side of Atlantic Boulevard in Broward County. These plats are some of the last natural forest, wildlife refuge and habitats left in Broward County. We, the people and taxpayers and residents, hereby require the complete preservation of this vitally important forest and wildlife refuge for the benefit of all citizens.
