We The People deserve to know the person serving in the office of US president is mentally, emotionally and morally able to do so. If found incompetent or cognitively impaired, mentally or any factor found to make Joseph Robinette Biden Jr unfit to serve in the office of US president he must be removed from office according to Article 25 of the United States Constitution.
