We, the undersigned, do hereby request the immediate and permanent closure of the Colonie Lounge (1973/1795 Hertel Avenue) and revocation of all associated licenses and permits issued by all government authorities. The owners and management of the Colonie Lounge have demonstrated a continued pattern of negligence, disrespect, and inappropriate behaviour in the operation of their establishment for a period of years up to and including the events of Saturday, September 16, 2017 at approximately 3:12am. Furthermore, the owners and management of the Colonie Lounge have shown that the existence of their establishment deprives the residents and neighbors of the opportunity to safely and peacefully reside in their own community.
